Program Development & Organizational Strategy
In her most recent leadership role, Nikki oversaw more than 30 program models and nearly 100 direct service personnel. She has developed and implemented major service models. Nikki can help nonprofits and community organizations assess existing programs, develop new initiatives, strengthen implementation, clarify outcomes, and align programs with organizational goals. Nikki has demonstrated experience building and managing partnerships among more than 20 governmental and private agencies and has extensive community leadership experience. Science of HOPE in Action
This is where Nikki's Science of HOPE credentials meet her decades of leadership and experience. Her work with PACES Hillsborough has prepared her to bring her deep experience in programs and communities, along with being a HOPE Champion, to benefit your agency and the community. She's not just teaching the science. She's helping organizations figure out: "How should this change the way we do our work?" She will then work with you to develop and implement a plan that is customized for you.
